Its greatness is in its balance between sweetness, the first sensation one experiences, and acidity, which appears faintly afterwards. The integration of the two flavors, combining to make a whole and expressing themselves in succession is another of its amazing virtues. The discrepancy, the distance between the sweetness and sourness, is absent. On the palate it has great density and immense concentration, with notes of raisins, coffee, toast, exceptionally complex.
